"I have had Shannon cater several events for myself and my business. Everything is amazing! For my son’s high school graduation, she made a Polish spread that everyone raved about. Plus per his request, made a crawfish etouffee that was better than any we’ve ever had in New Orleans. Business dinners came hot and flavorful. Must recommend the stuffed shells! And the salad dressing is to die for. I could go on and on. Book early because she is in high demand especially during grad season.

"I have had Shannon’s cooking on a number of occasions, from small dinners to large graduation parties, and she is by far one of the best caterers around. She can cook anything from southern favorites, like pulled pork, mac and cheese and green beans to Pho, Polish cuisine and Italian dishes.
